Refund Policy

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for refunds due to scarcity of stock.

Items maybe eligible for refund if product comes in damaged to point of unwearable. Exchanges are dependent upon stock availability, and exchange shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Please email Kengotgames@gmail.com to inquire about exchange options.

Items are eligible for exchange if in stock. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be shipped back.

Fraudulent orders/ Chargeback scams

M5TAL legal and fraud team will ensure us to not ship out any orders unless all information is given to customer service team if orders are marked as fraudulent. The legal and fraud team also insures for any scams on chargebacks will be followed up with filing a case to freeze your bank account either debit or credit card in some cases both until the charge back is uplifted from customers end. We have a zero tolerance policy for scamming and will take actions after 1 warning via email from M5TAL customer service team. The zero tolerance policy also applies to reporting any fraudulent activities from using someone else card information to authorities by getting in contact with the individuals bank, for any information such as but not limited to IP address, device the card information was used on, persons name, billing information, and etc.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take pictures of all products before shipping out to reduce scams. If in fault of damages from shipping carriers and service you are not eligible for a refund, you must contact the shipping service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please read product description before purchasing as pictures of item is not the same as what the item is made from or is purpose. For example some graphics are made with intent of cracking over time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
